1 Each player will be given a number based on order of registration (See step 2 for more details). There will be only 1 tryout date available, Feb 16th. If you are absolutely unable to make this scheduled tryout we will try our best to make arrangements for you to tryout at a different time. We will not be allowing parents into the gym for the duration of tryouts. For inquiries or questions about the registration process please email us at [email protected].

2.Upon completion of tryouts and subsequent evaluations, all parents will be notified by email a list of numbers. These numbers will identify which players have made the team of their respective age group. Players numbers who aren’t listed, unfortunately, did not make the team.

3. Further Information will be provided via email pertaining next steps (i.e. payment schedule, practices, AAU membership, etc.)

Waiver Agreement

I AM THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OF MY SON WHO DESIRES TO PARTICIPATE ON THE ONE WAY BASKETBALL AAU TEAM.
I AM AWARE THAT THIS ACTIVITY IS POTENTIALLY STRENUOUS AND DANGEROUS. I AM VOLUNTARILY ALLOWING MY SON TO PARTICIPATE ON THIS TEAM WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED, BOTH EXPECTED AND UNEXPECTED, AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF LOSS OR INJURY.
I AGREE NOT TO SUE AND HEREBY RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS THE COACHES OF ONE WAY BASKETBALL, AND ANY VOLUNTEERS WORKING WITH THE TEAM FOR AND FROM LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION.
I GRANT THE PERMISSION TO MOORE BROTHERS TO TAKE PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS OF IN GAME PLAY TO BE USED TO FOR MARKETING PURPOSES.
THIS RELEASE IS INTENDED TO PROTECT MOORE BROTHERS LLC AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND ANY VOLUNTEERS FROM CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE (THE FAILURE TO USE REASONABLE CARE).
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND THAT IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN MOORE BROTHERS LLC AND MYSELF.
